Takes 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
30g Toasted Walnuts
1/2 Avocado
35g Spinach
70g Olive Oil
3tbs Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1 1/2 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Method:
Rinse the Spinach and add to a blender.
Dice the half avocado and add it to the blender.
Add the toasted walnuts, garlic paste, honey and lemon juice.
Start to blend and then slowly incorporate the olive oil.
Blend until it is smooth and creamy adding a little more olive oil if needed.
Add the salt and pepper and blend for 30 seconds.
Taste for seasoning adding more salt or pepper if needed.
Transfer into a bowl and enjoy in salads, as a spread in sandwiches or as a dip.
