Serves 4 (as a side), Takes 35 Minutes.
• 500g Brussels Sprouts
• 2tbs Olive Oil
• 2tsp Garlic Granules
• 2tsp Onion Granules
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 3 Sprigs of Thyme
• 100g Cooked Peeled Chestnuts
Pre-heat the oven to 200*c.
Line a baking tray with tin foil.
Wash the brussels sprouts, cut the ends off them, cut in half and peel the outer layers off.
Wash them again and place in a bowl along with the chestnuts.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Drizzle the brussels sprouts and chestnuts with olive oil.
Sprinkle over the onion and garlic granules and season with salt and pepper.
Add the minced garlic into the bowl and then mix them so they are evenly covered.
Lay them on the baking tray (making sure they aren’t too close together so they can crisp up) and top with the thyme.
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes (until the brussels sprouts are crispy).
Serve them and enjoy!
